More than a single factory: we run a qualified network across China's three actuator clusters — Yangzhou, Tianjin, Wenzhou — with at least two qualified factories for every model. One line slows down, your delivery doesn't. And because we centrally control the core components (control boards, motors, encoders), quality stays identical regardless of which factory assembles. This is the brand-operator model Rotork itself pioneered — proven, auditable, and stronger than any single plant.
3 · Engineering is our origin
Engineering is our origin: twenty years specifying, commissioning and troubleshooting Rotork/AUMA-class equipment gave us the standard our JVX line is built on. We define every baseline model ourselves, run custom development (voltage, Profibus-DP/HART integration, Ex ratings) with quoted pricing and timelines, and our engineers answer complex field failures — not a call center.

Field service DNA — we started on plant sites, not in offices
Core components sampled and tested: control board power-on, motor insulation, seal hardness. SJMC 100% responsible.
Post-assembly power-on test, torque sampling, visual inspection. Factory executes per SJMC SOP.
100% power-on run, torque calibration, IP rating spot check. SJMC or certified third-party inspector.
Nameplate, packaging, accessory list, and quantity verified. Photo documentation filed per batch.
Partner inspects within 7 days of arrival. Sign-off confirmation required.
Warranty & Service Commitments
18-month full-unit warranty from port arrival date. Non-human-damage failures: free replacement parts. Every shipment includes 2% complimentary spare parts (seals, limit switches) for warranty service. 48h commercial response / 72h engineering solutions — contractually.
